• Training high-level, Russian-speaking Jewish educators for the Russian community
• Publishing Jewish educational resources (books, cassettes,etc.) in the Russian Language
• Providing Jewish educational programs in Israel and in the Former Soviet Union to communities where comparable programs are not currently available.
